Skilled vs. Unskilled Categories
A pantry boy cannot be in the skilled category, as "skilled" refers to those employment categories that require learning some skill in both theory and practical aspects (such as electrician, welder, etc.) and being sufficiently experienced to train others. Please refer to the Minimum Wages notification of the respective state government, where the various trades falling under each category are defined.
