Hello all, my name is Anand Surya B. I recently submitted Form 19 for EPF money withdrawal, but unfortunately, it was rejected. The remarks cited were:
1) MEMBER TRANSFER IN NT APPR
2) MEMBER NAME NT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE.
Oddly, I had previously successfully claimed Form-31, and the amount was settled without any issues. I am unsure of what I might have done wrong in this instance. Could you please advise me on what steps I should take next?
Thank you for your assistance.

Maybe your previous service was not transferred to your current account. You need to upload the passbook front page showing your details or a cheque leaf with your name printed. This will solve your problem in the future.

Don't think that you are wrong
Sometimes PF Field officers reject the form without any specific reason, even after the proper name is printed on the cheque leaf and complete KYC.
You can do the following things:
1. Keep trying.
2. Register your grievance at https://epfigms.gov.in/.
3. Or you can tweet your grievance to @socialepfo.
