Hello Everyone, Please help me regarding statutory compliances (like PF & ESI) and applicability for an IT company having 12 employees. And what if the employees increases to 20 or more? Kindly help.

Epf and esic schemes are social security laws applicable to all establishments for the social security and welfare of employees.IT company therefore is no exception.
For more than 10 employees I suggest to get epf and esic registeration done.
