Dear All,
Finally effective from October 1, 2020 onwards in Maharashtra the ESI Act is applicable to Shops, Hotel, Restaurants, Road Motor Transport Establishments, Cinema including preview theatres and in Newspaper Establishment employing 10 or more persons.
Please find attached herewith a notification in this regard dated 10.09.2020 which should now be read as Notification and not as Draft Notification as per Corrigendum vide Notification dated 29.09.2020
