Dear Sir, Please clarify my query, We have a factory license for 50 Members only, then factory annual returns (integrated returns) is mandatory and also is a factory manager required?

Since you are a factory as per the Factories Act 1948 due compliance of its provisions including appointment of Factory Manager and integrated return are required. It is better to nominate a Factory Manager, otherwise the Occupier of the factory will have to attend to all the requirements necessary as per the Act.
