How we can recruit Sales people on an Incentive basis? There will be no fixed salary. The salary will be base on Target's. If Salesperson does less target So Salary deduction will be as per Target proportionate. Suppose If we provide a target of Rs 1,50,000 For a Salary of Rs 35,000 & Salesperson achieved Rs. 1,10,000. So at the end of the month Salary will be calculated as 1,10,000/1,50,000 X35000.
Kindly provide suggestions How we can recruit Sales team on this Method.

If you are fixing salary proportionate to target, you may not get people with necessary sales & marketing skills.
In our company we make recruitment of sales person as follows;
Monthly salary (fixed) - Rs.15,000.00 (plus 100.00 as daily allowance for field duty) plus 2 wheeler plus fuel plus mobile sim card
Target (we do not fix any target but we encourage them to achieve target as follows)
Below 10 lacs - 0.05% of achievement (here sales achieved is revenue collected)
(based on revenue collection)
10 lacs or above - 1% of - do -
20 lacs 02 above - 2% of - do -
(plus we give bonus, salary advance etc)
These depends on the HR policy on recruitment of company and can vary from company to company.
