Hi everyone, with Covid-19, most of us were suddenly pushed into embracing video conferencing platforms. As a training organization, the challenge for us has been steeper than for many other organizations. But like many others, we have worked hard on it and mastered it now. For our team, we even created an internal document with detailed screen snapshots of how to use the various functionalities available in each platform.

We understand many of you are perhaps in the same situation. Hence, instead of you reinventing the wheel, here are two guides we have prepared that you may find easy and useful to share with all your team members. This is for two of the most popular platforms - Zoom and MS Teams.
