I joined my previous organization on 28 july 2019.

I have bond of 2.5 yrs. I was in a probation period for 6 months in which I was given salary of 10,000. When i asked about salary increment after 6 months which was stated in the offer letter/bond. I didn't get satisfied by their increment. So I started giving interview to different companies but one company was a partner or client company of my this bond company. And they told about me to them. And they emailed me about the bond breach in which they didn't stated any time of money nor in their offer letter/bond letter, there is not a single clause stated about the penalty or notice period anything. The training was not a specialized training. I just used the youtube to learn it. When I abscond them, I thought of making the duplicate documents easily but not it's very hard due to pandemic and when I asked about my documents from the company they said they want 2 lakhs which they not stated for which they are asking this money. Now my questions is what can I do to get my documents?

You signed a bond for 2.5 years or getting a job offering salary of Rupees Ten Thousand only??? What all documents did the company collect from you? All your education and service certificates? And in order to return the certificates they need Rs 2 lakhs.
I would say that you should immediately go to the nearest Police Station register an FIR against the company for cheating and harassing. This is workplace bullying and the employer should not be allowed to take law in his hands. Demanding bond amount from an employee who was offered extensive training and salary of some lakhs can be justified but this is stupid. Please don't pay the amount but file FIR for holding your certificates.
