If you complete 4 years and 240 days of working in the 5th year, you are eligible to receive gratuity, as per the Payment of Gratuity Act (PGA).

Rule for gratuity is 5 years continuous service. Take care and complete 5 years. you must have 240 days service in 5 th year.
