Having converted to Partnership firm everything gets changed like, Registration of firm, PAN, TAN, GST, PT, EPF, ESIC etc., and financial documents like Balance sheet, IT Returns, bank a/cs & authorisation to operate a/cs etc. All relevant forms & these documents have to be submitted with copies of docs to the respective authorities.
