Hi All,
I need help.
I have resigned from my current position and my resignation was also accepted by the company.
I have 3months notice period (and will not be working any further. Hence i do not have a job in hand) and hence served my resignation in Mar 4 so that i am relieved by 1st june 2020.
now my company wants to relieve me in Apr 17, even after giving me an acceptane letter confirming that my last date will be considered as 17th Apr 2020.
Please suggest me at this condition new organisation also not considered early joining and current organisation early releiveing at this condition what can I do.

Hi Mayur,
You can insist to your company that you have been willing to serve the 3 months notice period as per the appointment letter and so if the company does not wish for you to serve the notice period for 3 months, then they are bound to compensate you with 3 months' salary payout.
The action becomes one sided if the company takes a decision on its own without consulting with you.

Legally it is wrong n they should pay the notice period amount.
But practically remedies are limited in present circumstances.
Try and negotiate with your company for pay
They know you will be legally correct in asking for your pay.
Practically there are no easy solutions to this breach of notice period as stated by you
