Hi, I have joined as an HR professional in a hospital. I want to conduct an audit. Can someone suggest how I should proceed with the audit and where to start? Are there any Excel or Word templates available for this purpose? I believe the audit should commence with HR planning, checking the availability of manuals, SOPs, job descriptions, job requirements, salary structure, timings, etc. Could someone please assist me with this?
