We planned to Prepare roles and responsibilities for each one. We face some kind of issues like Timings, Unplanned work on our R&R Implementation. Enforcing discipline in work places is the tough task for any HR Dept. And now a days HK are outsourced increasingly. This type of work sharing eases the burden on HR personnel. Any difficulties in enforcing quality work and timeliness should be prioritized and problems faced should be sorted out by discussing with the service providers instantly. If necessary 'right person for right job' should ease the problems faced. The responsibilities allocation should depend on listing out HR activities vs resources on hand basis.
