Subscriptions by way of contributions to the EPF is capped at 12% each of the monthly threshold salary of Rs. 15000/= only in respect of Indian employees. However, there is no such cap in respect of International Workers. The contribution shall be on the entire monthly salary. Thus both the employer and the IW have to contribute more.
