Dear Experts,

There are several queries on PF International Workers. Please update if there have been any recent changes. Currently, there is no "cap" on the ceiling limit applicable for Expats' PF amount. Can someone please provide detailed notes on this?

Thank you.

Dear PBS Kumar,

There are no changes in IW wages. EPF wages without a cap mean there is no cap of Rs. 15,000/- for EPF or EPS. Basic plus DA, whatever amount comes, will be PF wages, and 12% MC, 8.33% EPS, and 3.67% CC will be deducted and paid to RPFC.

If the IW member is from a country with which SSA is signed and is carrying COC (Certificate of Coverage) from his country, PF will not be deducted.

Thanks,
