Is there any way to make full time consultant working in an company abide by the bond? Currently we are having bond policy in our company but apparently if an consultant breaks the bond, legal action cannot be taken against them. Is there any way to make them abide by it.

A consultant is an experienced professional who provides expert knowledge. He or she works in an advisory capacity only and is usually not accountable for the outcome of a consulting exercise. You can not bind him by any bond. However if you require his services on permanent nature of work, you may to negotiate with him and take him on 'Fixed Term Contract' basis.
