Hello All, I have joined HR dept. with multi specialty hospital in Gujarat. It is a new hospital.
For employees, hospital offers 50% concession on total medical billing (excluding medicines and consumables ) and for immediate family 25 % concession.
I wanted to know that above benefit comes under which policy??

I presume this is an offer that hospital provides and it does not have any relevance to any policy or any statutotory compliance.
If at all it is in lieu of esic then it has to proper exemptions under esic where esic must be satisfied with the benefits being given are at par with or better then then esic itself for exemptions to be availed.
