Hi, Either you can transfer your PF to your employer PF account (if joined with new employer) or can withdraw your PF through UAN login.

Please check which form is filled by you, whether you raised a claim request before your exit date updation by your previous employer. Certificates mentioned are for partial/ Advance withdrawal request i.e. Form 31. Check for the details, your exit date under Service section and reapply for the claim.
Form 19 is for withdrawal of PF contribution and Form 10-C is for Pension withdrawal. In case you have joined another firm providing PF, fill Form 13 to transfer your PF.
