My esi doc has approved for my leave salary n told me to send one copy of the same to main branch and one copy to my employer. What should my employer do with the copy he receives. HR says doesn’t know what he has to do. Has he got to submit my copy anywhere ?
Employer has nothing to do,
Red copy has to be submitted to ESIC Local office for reimbursement of salary
and on final fit to work certificate would be needed by employer,
till that period ESIC will reimburse the salary to employee's linked account
