We are currently covered under the EPF Act. All our employees are covered under the PF act. Now one employee is joining us with Basic + Other allowances more than 15,000 (Salary is 16,700). Is it mandatory to enroll the employee in PF, since his salary is more than 15,000. Kindly advice.

Greetings, Every Employee must and should have enrolled with EPFO,irrespective of salary.
