We are currently covered under the EPF Act. All our employees are covered under the PF act. Now one employee is joining us with Basic + Other allowances more than 15,000 (Salary is 16,700). Is it mandatory to enroll the employee in PF, since his salary is more than 15,000. Kindly advice.
