Hello, I am HR Manager at one of IT company, i need help with salary structure with a proper format, we have to calculate all components on basic + DA or HRA, seen various format but need a perfect correct format with rates. Can anybody help me with this.

Dear Shivani,
Most of the contributions on salary structure are appropriate especially in this esteemed group. A salary structure needs to have Basic+DA+HRA Components (as per rates precribed by state/central govt) and PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF as per standard rates or at rates given by respective state govt. Rest of the components are to be decided by the company.
What is your understanding of a perfect/correct format? You obviously are looking for certain criterion, which you need to elaborate so as to receive relevant replies. You also need to give details on your company, location, type of industry, branches, etc to get a tailored response.
