No age limit. So long as the employee is in service with you, he is an employee and till his date of exit, he should be paid gratuity.

What is the maximum number of employee can be employed under Fix term contract ? Is there any guideline ?

In the current scenario you can engage fixed term employees only on such employments which lasts for a fixed period. But once the new Labour Codes become effective, you can have any number of fixed term employees. There will not be any permanent employees in future, per se.

An employee having 1574 paid days out of 1825 in his five year service, is he eligible for gartuity. If yes plz share evidence. Thanks in advance

Please count it year wise and see whether the employee has 240 paid days in each 12 months.
