Dear Sir, Company has taken resignation from me dated 13.08.2018 on the spot and confirmed to me that we will pay my pending salary will continue month wise. Every month you will receive salary. But company we will pay 2 Month salary after 3 Month .
My 3 Month salary pending for the period June July and August-2018 till date not paid and confirm to me in the month of February that we will paid to full and final amount and confirmed to me on telephonic that your amount rs. ........../- but he is saying every time that fund not available in company and every time give to me next to next date from December-2018.
I have kept all message and screen short ( message and whatsapp) M D and H R department .
Company not provide to me my full and final settlement copy i am continued message and mail but not given any answer .
now is saying that we will pay your amount next month of July but date not confirm. Please sir guide me.

Have you ascertained any info on the financial status of this co., is't really true that they face funds crunch? Is't still functioning or facing imminent closure of operations. ? If if your info reveals it's functioning well and financial health is fine it's very much clear they try to dodge you. And it's high time that you should take it up strongly with them to get your money. It's very difficult of manage so many months without salary. Better take a legal advisors' help.
