Hi, Can someone please tell me if an organisation can form more than 1 Internal complaints committee?
My organisation has only one Head office situated in Bangalore. But the employees work across pan India locations with no physical existence of office.
So, i was just thinking of creating ICC's basis region (North, South, West & Head office).

Dear Mr Ahmad,
As per provisions of the Act, ICC must be at each location, not in HO or in the region.
