Hi All HR, I am facing real trouble in hiring IT engineers.
At the time of interview and negotiating salaries they will ask i have an offer from other company this much Pay Package, if you offer on that 20 to 30% more i will join your Company. We agree and make an offer as per the demand and the notice period some are 2 months some are 3 months, and they ask to Buyback their notice period and Joining Bonus.
After waiting for 2 months or 3 months, just before joining some people call and say i have got an offer from some other company compare to your offer 20 to 30 % hike, if you pay this i will join or i am taking the other offer.
Like this 80% candidates ditching our company at the last moment, because by this time he/she is having 4 to 5 offers in their hand from different companies.
These practices happening only in IT Sector.
I am thing this way, If we have any portal where we can update the candidate name whom we made an offer and he/she confirmed to join us so and so date.
At the same time no other company should make an offer to the same candidate what ever the demand, then only these type of gambling will stop, otherwise one candidate is having 4 to 5 offers and gambling with Companies.
