You can develop your own format for preparation of Annual training schedule.
Just think about following requirements :
1) Prioritization of training topics
2) No. of employees identified (TNI) for each training topic
3) Think about how many trainings should be arranged for each topic within a year
4) Decide frequency of participants for each training (Max. 25)
4) Decide training hours as per need
5) Faculty availability
