Hi all, this is a personal question regarding my current situation. I need help!
Employee Experience at X Company
I have been an employee of X Company for over 5 years. I started with a salary of 7000 in the year 2013, and my current salary after all these years of service to the company and my hard-earned efforts is 46000/-. The company operates with less than 10 employees, and the employer shows no concern for issues like job security, PF, or Medi Claim.
Company Structure Changes
The company is located in Bangalore. Recently, as the employee count exceeded 10, they improved their skills to the extent that they registered another company under a relative/family member's name. They started dividing employees between both companies.
Salary Payment Issues
The employer neither pays salaries through a bank despite multiple requests, nor does he pay heed to the law. My life commitments have kept me from worrying all these years as I focused on repaying my education and personal loans.
Employment Verification Concerns
I have payslips from the company, but I am unsure if my name is officially registered as an employee.
Considering a Job Change
I am now considering changing my job. However, during interviews, they request my bank statement, which is understandable. What should I do in this situation?
I am looking forward to suggestions on how to proceed legally.

Yes, I am an MD who is refusing all possible ways since he has not assigned any official ID for employees and informed them to use Gmail. Not showing the names of all the employees who are working and starting a new entity to avoid a headcount of more than 10 or 20. Payslips are given using Excel and no hard copy is issued. There seems to be no end to all the activities, as I wish to change jobs. The major question is payslip and bank statement. I am unable to decide whether to leave or stay in the company and need assistance.

Hi,
In the absence of a payslip or appointment order, try to obtain a copy of the cash vouchers you are signing for the past 3-4 months to prove your salary and employment.
Another alternative is to request a salary certificate from your employer on official letterhead, citing a loan purpose, and then use it as proof of your salary.
