Respected sir, If we want to link our AADHAR card with our UAN account is if necessary that the mobile number which we have registered on UAN and AADHAR card should be same? And what to do when the mobile number we have registered on AADHAR card is not in use?

aadhar card mobile would be used while withdrawal and digital life certificate of pension, so even UAN mobile can be changed but aadhar card mobile should be active for to avoid unwanted trouble.

for linking by employee, if the data match in total , they can open the UAN member profle and submit the details, it will not ask for OTP but will go to employer for DSC verification.
in all cases the submission will go to employer for DSC verification
