Do any experienced HRM can provide me in detail explanation about how to calculate bonus, increments. Can anyone send me policies and categories/ under where certain employees fall.

BonusAmount is payable to all eligible Employed Persons in respect of the Period it is due as per the Provisions of Payment of Bonus Act and the Amedments thereto, gazetted, from time to time.
Increments in Wages and or Salary (Remunerations payable), either as per the Grade and Scale of Pay applicable to Individual Employed Persons, largely, Solely & Sqaurely Based on Satisfactory Performance of Alloted Tasks and Work Behaviour for the Preceding Year or Specified Time Period and is OFTEN referred to as Annual Increment. However, there have been instances when the Employer (Managements) sanctioned "Single or Double Increments" based on other Considerations
