ESIC Registration issue - company has started in 2004 and having its EPF registration

If any company has started in 2004 and having its EPF registration. Now they would like to do ESIC registration as well. Is there any issue while registering the same.

under non implemented zones ESIC was not mandatory, so they can register from the date of implementation
