Dear All, Please guide me that being a private limited company registered under MSME what all HR compliances do we have to take care. Industry Type is "EPC" - We have site running in Uttarakhand.
Please begin Immediately with Implementing the Provisions of the Act of 2013 namely ' Sexual Harassment of WomEn at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redresal) Act 2013 and the Rules framed there under,
Which shall mean and include Complying with :
1. Duties of Employer under ection-19;
2. Constituting Internal Committee under Section-4;
3. Filing of Annual Report for Calendar Year 2018 before the District Officer (
Kashipur Juridiction) under Section-21, for and on behalf of the Internal
Committee under the Signature of its Presiding Officer with a copy to the
Employer of your Establishment.
It iis prudent to alo carefully read the Section-17, and Section-26 of the aforesaid Act 2013.
We, Kritarth Team of Spl Educator Provide Expertise needed by Employers, PAN India , to Comply with this Act and the Rules and properly Discharge their Duties Listed in Section-19 of the said Act.
