We availed outsourced employees through an agency, duly following the KTPP Act. Currently, the recruitment process is ongoing to hire regular employees for that position. Please clarify the procedure to follow for terminating the outsourced employee working through the agency after recruiting regular employees for the same position.

Dear colleague,

There must be a written contract between the company and the contractor who supplies the manpower, which should include provisions for the termination of the contract.

Take action to terminate the contract in accordance with the terms, which will result in the automatic termination of the contracted staff.
