What action will be taken if employee will not paying fnf

I joined HDB FINANCE LTD on 27 August 2018 but due to some reasons I gave resign to him on 8 October 2018 but now they send me full and final settlement letter which said that i have to pay 11,898 rupees to company for recovery of notice period and added that i don't signed any bonds so plz help me that if I don't paying this than what action they will take plz help me

As & when your background verification will be done at that time employer may pass on negative feedback about you to the prospective employer which may hurt your career.
