The company where i am working is manufacturer of medical appliances and instruments.Please let me know how to follow and apply leave rule for below. What are the rules which can be applicable as per leave policy and how many leaves and holidays are allowed in total in any company in a year.
Leave system- EL, SL, CL, Calendar leaves

In the context of the query, the term "Company" is a collective noun just referring to the constitution of an organization engaged in any industrial activity like manufacturing, trading etc. or all in a combined manner. On the contrary, the various types of leave to the employees there and their application depend upon the establishment-specific labor law applicable to the so called "Company". Therefore, the questioner should make it clear whether there are more than one unit based on functional segregation like manufacturing, sales and servicing, corporate administration etc., so as to decide the types and scale of various leave to the employees depending on the classification of each unit which together formulate a holistic leave policy for the entire "Company".
Can anyone help me clear sandwich leave policy.
