The SOP can be prepared only by a tech team who are well-versed with the entire operating cycle, line machinery installed, facilities in-house, outsourced, and other support services required in the process. There is no possibility of a common checklist suitable for every requirement of all your various departments. Are you duty-bound to prepare checklists for every department you have listed in your above post?
In order to have a realistic and effective checklist to suit every production operation/plant/shop floor, mixing, godowns, and 4 stairs, you have to refer to your flow chart based on which the checklist can be prepared. In what capacity have you been assigned this vital responsibility? Are you in a very senior position? Your requirement can be fulfilled only by a tech team.
