I have visited so many topics related to PF esi but not clear company - so can anyone tell me the complete process of PF, ESI starting from Registration to till hr role (from start to end - related to payroll, monthly activities or yearly activities). I want to know the role of hr in PF ,ESI. Please help immediately

PF/ESI/PT/LWF/EL/PL/CL, Bonus, Gratuity all are part of payroll and HR task, while the 1st four are stuary liability payable to govt as per standing rules.
any payroll processor knows these basics and make appropriate deductions after getting clear concepts with management sitting
