I have visited so many topics related to PF esi but not clear company - so can anyone tell me the complete process of PF, ESI starting from Registration to till hr role (from start to end - related to payroll, monthly activities or yearly activities). I want to know the role of hr in PF ,ESI. Please help immediately

PF/ESI/PT/LWF/EL/PL/CL, Bonus, Gratuity all are part of payroll and HR task, while the 1st four are stuary liability payable to govt as per standing rules.
