Dear Sirs, We want know that one of our employee drawing Salary of Rs. 25,000.00 and member don't want to deduct the PF and he wants to continue the job on consolidated salary basis. And don't want to avail any facilities. Please clarify the matter.
First you have to break into Basic and other allow. and see whether he is out of EPF coverage. If he's not willing then what's your HR policy say? will you adopt different pattern for different person ?
If your employee was previously a member of EPF then he will remain a member of EPF even if their basic salary is out of PF coverage. You can deduct his PF on Rs 15000k. But if his age is 58+ or never a member of the EPF scheme previously, then he can exempt from EPF scheme.
