You can establish a bond agreement with the employee for two years or until the completion of the project. If you do not wish to implement a bond, you can instead withhold a retention amount monthly. After one year of service, the employee will receive the accumulated retention amount.

But sir, do we have any specific format of a bond agreement so that we can make it reasonable as per the legal requirements? We want to run the project without any disturbance, ensuring both parties have reasonable responsibilities. I don't want to prepare a bond paper for the employees that would make them slaves. The agreement must have reasonable terms and conditions.
Please provide me with that format so that we can ensure compliance with regulations and promote employee welfare to enhance employment in my company.

No one likes the bonding system nowadays, and you cannot bind yourself. As I said, including a Retention Amount in your clause will be beneficial for both - your costs will not suffer, and at the same time, candidates will complete their project for the remaining amount. Always keep your alternative options open. I would not suggest any bond system.
