I am about to join a new company, and they have presented the option to opt-out of PF. Can I opt out of EPF in my second job as my basic salary is 16167rs/-, and I was part of EPF in my first job? Please, I need advice ASAP.

I recommend continuing your PF account despite being given an option. PF savings serve as social security for employees and are also associated with EPS, IT exemption benefits, and are transferable from one employer to another when switching jobs.
It is advisable to opt for EPF/EPS.
