Actually our head office is in tamil nadu and branch office are in different states. We are having a systems like South Region[Tamil Nadu, AP, Karnataka, Kerala handle separately and
North Region [ West Bengal, Maharastra, Delhi, Gujarat] handle separately
But Company ESIC, EPF & TDS are enrolled in tamil nadu, Now my questing is can we able to filing the returns and making the payments through online separately ? [multi times]
Or else can we able to enrolled new ESIC, EPF & TDS in same company name ? is it possible ?
Dear Sanhas, you have to apply for Sub Code Numbers for EPF/ESI
Subsequently, you can file Return/Remittance etc on Location specific
