the establishment has to file the form 5A, with new details upload the copy of documents in lower portion of 5A data fields, after submission make it DSC verified
take print out of 5A 4 copies , ...........get it signed by all owners
submit the 5A to department in duplicate for their records

Now after submission of 5A , the establishment has to make a request to RO/SRO to make necessary changes as per 5A submitted and annex the change records for records, department will acknowledge the same that is the all what an extablishment can do , but to look the effected change he has to wait upto the annual account finalization
However after submission of 5A digitally the present changed signature and stamps will be in effect for EPFO work
