I had signed a bond with a certain company and joined as a trainee, but now I want to leave the company because my senior always tortures me. The bond I signed states that if I leave the company without serving the period of 3 years, then I have to pay ₹2 lakhs plus the amount spent on my training.

What is the position you are holding? You worked there for 13 months. What work did they ask you to do? What is the nature of the torture the senior does? Have you informed any authority about his torture, etc.? The bond may not be enforceable against you. Please consult a local lawyer and take necessary action.
