Do I want to know that are Consultants eligible for casual leaves? If yes then How Many leaves are there and which law is applicable. Our Organisation registered as a Trust / Non-Profit Organization under Bombay public Trust act, 1950
please give me your valuable feedback.
Dear Shweta,
There is no specification for leaves of consultant's as they does not fall under employment contract. In case you want to give any benefit of leave then the same will be as a extra benefit from the organisation which shall be included in the agreement between your trust and the consultant. Also, please take a legal advise before amending the contract with leave.
Is there any rules for gratuity for consultant.one of our consulatant has completing
5 yrs.can he be applicable?as there is no contract or any document for the same.
given to him.only we are giving him consulatancy charges to him & increse his con

income tax papers.
