How to reply to accept Employee Resignation Withdrawal - any format?

One of our employees resigned recently and we have accepted his resignation as he is not convinced with our discussion earlier. After having one more discussion recently, our employee wants to withdraw his resignation. Please suggest on how to send email for accepting the resignation withdrawal.

Dear Saichand, Ask the employee to provide resignation withdrawal letter to the HR and you may give an written acceptance for the same.
