I am working in the HR department and i want to get few information of the best practices in India for the Marriage leave policy in India.we are trying to bring a good marriage leave policy for our company.Please let me know what are best number of days for marriage leave in India.I would really appreciate if everyone can help me in this.
You can go for paid leaves upto 10 days or more than if management is allowing the same, employee should inform HR prior (at least of one month ) before availing benefit,with the proof of invitation card.
