Dear all,

Greetings! We are a manufacturing company with over 400 employees in the plant, dealing with products like drip irrigation, PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, and many more. We are a growing industry in the agriculture sector. Now, we want to improve our workforce by starting training and development programs for our employees. I am new to this field, so can anyone help me with the end-to-end process of training and development, including need analysis, training budget, identification of trainees, training content, training delivery, result analysis, and all?

How should I take an initiative?

How can I make it cost-effective and feasible for the organization? Looking forward to your valuable reply.

Regards,
Anjali
