Original relieving letter can be obtained from old employer only. Write to them and ask for a fresh letter explaining that original is lost. If you had a good exit, the company will generally oblige.

Please approach your previous company show them the xerox copy of the relieving letter and original experience letter and request them to issue a duplicate relieving letter.
As your clearance is done, HR should not have any problems is issuing this duplicate letter.
