Hi ,
I have been asked by the management to prepare Performance linked incentive(PLI) for field employees. Can anyone please suggest me the format of salary structure with PLI.
Please suggest that what all to be taken in to account before introducing the PLI in CTC.

Field employees is simple common term. Are they into sales / marketing/ purchase/ service/ installation?
