My organisation gives leave with wage in CTC. So if an employee works for 20 days, we give him or her 1 leave. My manager says that payment of leave will be given in the month in which the employee has earned it. My query is should I deduct PF and ESIC in leave payment? We prepare separate sheets for leave payment apart from salary.
In Bonus. Earned leave wages, C.L, Gratuity payments, will not deduct EPF & ESI deduction it is false statement by your manager.
PF & ESI only to be deducted from salary not in other payments
We are manpower supplier. One of our Client has requested to pay the leave salary and bonus on monthly basis. We would like to know whether the PF and ESI would be applicable on monthly leave wages and monthly bonus. If yes, please give us the detail of the same

PF & ESI only should deduct in wages or salary only, in leave salary and in bonus PF & ESI should not deduct even if you pay in monthly basis.
if employee admited in esic for treatment and take esic leave but esic paid some salary as per esic leave days , so,, is pf deduction applicable for esic leave salary , if we want to deduct pf in esic leave salary,l, is it applicable or not ?
